PHASE 1: NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Video call attendees:

It’s best if we can have a shared call with managers from Ops. HR and the Program Administrator.

Main objectives for this call:

We will connect with your team to get a clear understanding of your goals, onboarding process, policies, facilities, and equipment.

After the call:

We will send you a bid proposal and NDA. After signing, we will move on to Phase 2.

PHASE 2: ONBOARDING

  • Submit your application for the TPR. 
  • Set up with your online theory provider.
  • Apply for state authorization or exemption letter if necessary.

Phone call attendees:

Driver Trainer

Main objectives for this call:

  • Gather specifics on the equipment, training pad etc.

After the call:

While we’re waiting for TPR approval, we get to work modifying the curriculum to fit the needs of your team. We then ship the books and flash drive to your office in preparation for Phase 3.
